“The first McCarthy Stone Trophy took place in glorious sunshine on Saturday 24 June and we were very pleased to welcome our sponsor Anita Mitchell.
Two groups of 4 teams played a round robin (ie 3 games of 5 ends of triples, followed by a final between the group winners.

The hard fought first rounds are over and we have our finalists - David Lamb, Den Morris and Sue Russell versus Judith Chappel, Derek Chappel, and Joyce Johnson.
