On Sunday 18th June our travelling team battled hard on a challenging green to achieve a well fought 3 rink victory.
The "Garry Preston" rink staked an early claim to the game and maintained points advantage throughout finishing 26-10
The "David Small" rink dominated early 11-0 but battled through a mid game comeback levelling up to 14-13 . With perseverance and strong head building the team took control again to finish a fitting 25-15 at close.
The "Mick Metson" rink - up against a dominant and determined opposition trailed 5-10 at end 10. A late flourish of front end drawing precision brought about a levelling up at end 17 with a spectacular 5 score . The final end win became a formality with such a fight back.
