The AGM is on Tuesday 12th November at 2.00 p.m.
in the clubhouse.
Nominations for Elected Officer Roles
Management Committee nominations are required by Tuesday 15th October latest. Nominations must be proposed and seconded by full members of the Club, with the prior consent of the nominee.
Agenda Submissions
The AGM agenda will be sent out seven days prior to the meeting and any agenda items other than those set out in the Club Constitution should be submitted to the Club Secretary at least 14 days before the date of the AGM, i.e. by Tuesday 29th October.
